Description
The Old Governor's Mansion, designed by Charles B. Clusky, was constructed in 1839. It is one of the finest examples of high Greek revival style architecture and is one of the most accurately restored historic homes in the nation. It became the founding building for what is today known as Georgia College & State University. The mansion is now a National Historic Landmark and a fabulous museum.
